Please be assured that your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than sending out your order. Bear in mind that, because the paintings are one-offs and the prints are strictly limited, the item you request may no longer be available but we will advise you of this at the time of ordering.
You can order any item online by clicking on the Add to Basket button beside the item that you want in any of the Gallery pages. This will add one of these items to your Basket and take you to view your Basket. From here you can change the quantity or remove an item, then checkout or continue shopping. You can get back to this page at any point by clicking on the View Basket button found under the menu on any of the Gallery pages. Once you are happy with the contents of your Basket, please click on the "Checkout" option to use Paypal to pay for and send your order to Omand Original, and follow the on-screen instructions for paying. You do not have to have a Paypal account to order online as you can select the option to pay by card using the Paypal site instead.
You can cancel the order and payment process at any point from Paypal by selecting the option to "cancel and return to Omand Original". Once you have paid for your order you will receive an email from paypal stating that your payment has been successful and an email from Omand Original confirming receipt of your order and giving details of delivery times. You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by sending an email to orders@omandoriginal.com stating your name and address and the transaction details from your confirmation email. Your full payment will then be refunded.
You can still order from the website even if you do not want to use the online ordering process. Please send an email to orders@omandoriginal.com stating your name and address, the goods that you are interested in and your preferred method of payment - cheque, credit or debit card or PayPal. Please DO NOT give any credit or debit card or account details. Omand Original will NEVER ask for this information in an email.
If you indicate that you wish to pay by cheque, you will receive an order confirmation email and details of how to pay. If you indicate another method of payment, you will be sent an order confirmation email and PayPal Invoice by email. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this, just click on the PayPal Pay Now button and follow the on-screen instructions to pay by card using the secure PayPal website.
Please call Omand Original on 07801 058471(mobile telephone number) to check availability and place an order. You will be asked for your name, address and telephone number as well as the goods you wish to order. You will be given an order number and details of how to pay by cheque. This will also be sent to you by post. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take card payments over the telephone.
Please advise of any changes by email to orders@omandoriginal.com or by telephone on 07801 058 471 (mobile telephone number), remembering to quote your order number.
Delivery is by Royal Mail and all orders over £20 will require to be signed for on delivery. Your items should arrive within a few days of your payment being received. If it has not arrived within 14 days, please contact orders@omandoriginal.com or telephone on 07801 058 471 (mobile telephone number).
Where cards have been CUSTOMISED with names etc, these can ONLY be returned if faulty, unfit for use or misdescribed. Please return the unused items with their original packaging to me at the address below within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
If you change your mind about NON-CUSTOMISED purchase from this website FOR ANY REASON please return the unused items in their original packaging to me at the address below within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
For any returns, please include your name, address, order number, reason for returning and whether you require a refund or replacement. When returning goods by mail, please obtain proof of posting. Any postage costs incurred in returning goods which are faulty, unfit for use or misdescribed, will be refunded. This policy does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
